As their Community Relations Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of building meaningful connections with healthcare professionals and community partners to ensure timely and relevant patient referrals.

Responsibilities:
Relationship Building:
Cultivate genuine connections with healthcare professionals and community partners.
Consultative Selling:
Foster trust through empathetic engagement to drive referrals.
Innovative Marketing:
Develop and execute creative marketing plans to raise awareness and drive referrals.
Patient-Centered Referrals:
Secure referrals while ensuring personalized, high-quality care.
Community Outreach:
Plan and execute community events to educate and engage.
Agency Representation:
Act as an ambassador for Your Agency Name at community events.
Culture Advocate:
Promote our culture of empathy, innovation, and collaboration.
Hospice Advocacy:
Educate stakeholders on the benefits of hospice care and end-of-life support.
Collaborative Leadership:
Work closely with our teams to align goals and ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications:
