Position
Summary:
Responsible for all aspects of press operations and maintenance.
A successful candidate will be mechanically inclined, detail oriented, physically fit and possess strong initiative.
Responsibilities:
Automatic Screen Print Press and Digital Print/Cutter Operations:
Set-up and operate the automatic screen printing press Meet design specifications and intent, collaborating with artist, sales and customer as necessary Burn and reclaim screens Mix inks for orders Monitor supply inventory levels and proactively determine purchase needs (inks, screens, lubricants, cleaners, parts, etc.

Help co-workers and assist in meeting business objectives Maintenance:
Ensure proper maintenance, safety, cleaning and functioning of all equipment (screen printing press, embroidery machines, digital printer/cutter, etc) Calibrate, troubleshoot and repair machinery
Experience:
Experience setting up and running an automatic print press is desired but not mandatory.
Experience in pre-press (screen preparation, screen exposing, ink mixing) is desirable.
Additional relevant experience may include any of the following:
engraving, embossing, binding, hot oil stamping and other fast-moving detail manufacturing operations where registration and alignment are foundational.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on feet all day Must have natural or correctable 20/20 vision Strong hand-eye coordination Computer skills - comfortable learning new software Quick learner, fast worker Enjoys precision work Demonstrates patience in dealing with challenges Able to keep track of multiple sequential steps Completes other projects as assigned by management Must be eligible to work in the United States Compensation & Additional Details Expectation of 40 hours weekly Monday through Friday between approximately 8am and 4pm.
Starting pay from $25-$30/hour based on aptitude, experience, and demonstrated skillset.
This position will be eligible for merit increase upon 30 and 90-day review.
