Responsibilities include but are not limited to; Greet patients and their families Respect patient privacy and confidentiality Create a welcoming and professional environment at the front desk and waiting area Check-in/register patients, provide forms, verify demographics and insurance, collect payments Check-out patients and make follow-up appointments Maintain medical records and clinician schedules, and triage phone calls
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma Requirements Ability to work alone and in a team, under direct supervision Clear communication, organizational skills, computer proficiency, and adaptability Ethical and professional etiquette at all times Provide direct office support to clinicians and management Knowledge of health insurance, medical terminology Job Type:
