The qualified applicant will join the mail room techs whom work with mail inserters, creating labels and boxing information daily.
Duties will also include packaging completed print jobs and processing in shipping software.

Responsibilities:
Operate high level mail equipment:
mail inserters, sorters and finishing equipment In house mail delivery Sort and Deliver Internal Mail Evaluate and distribute mail, including USPS, courier, interoffice as well as outgoing mail Inventory and stock supplies as needed Ensure mail is secure based on mail type and process Ordering and replacing of toner cartridges for walk up copiers Provide first level support to troubleshoot issues Utilize SQBX software solution to enable tracking & reporting for all mailroom operations which are included in the Mail Managed Services.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-4:
30pm.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
