Outreach is hiring a part-time Receptionist at Outreach Warrenville to carry out and support front desk responsibilities.
Schedule will be 15 to 24 hours per week, mainly afternoon and early evening hours.

Responsibilities:
The PT Receptionist is responsible for answering phones and welcoming clients and visitors.
The PT Receptionist is responsible for fee processing and tracking, managing mail and basic clerical support to program staff, including typing, filing, and translation work.
The PT Receptionist is responsible for ensuing new clients complete necessary forms per office policies/processes/ The PT Receptionist will communicate with youth program parents/participants and case management clients as needed and ensure common areas are clean.
Qualifications:
Welcoming and professional manner with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
Strong communication skills & telephone etiquette.
Previous receptionist and customer service experience.
General knowledge of office procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; minimum typing speed of 45 wpm.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of low-income and culturally diverse populations.
High school diploma.
Bilingual ability a plus.
