(AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a Claims Payment Processor to join our growing team.
As a Claims Payment Processor you will be responsible for processing reimbursement payments for insurance claims of American Guardian vehicle service agreements and contracts.
You'll be tasked with verifying benefits on contracts and dispersing payments.
Communication with contract holders, dealers and consumers, will be conducted by mail, fax, phone and e-mail.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Taking inbound calls from dealers and consumers to assist with questions related to their contracts Reviewing contracts and evaluating repair claims Communicating with clients to obtain missing documentation needed to process claim payments Processing and issuing payments Training:
On-the job training Requirements:
Technical certification or degree preferred Strong attention to detail Familiar with calculating figures and amounts Proficient in Microsoft Office products and related software Previous automotive experience in service or parts is a plus Strong organization skills Job Type:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
