Mentors and disciplines the team.
Perform preventative maintenance as outlined by company procedure.
Oversees equipment and machinery to perform repairs and preventive maintenance.
Manages materials, equipment, supplies, and services of a specialized or complex nature by prescribed regulations and procedures.
Review tooling requests and complete local supplies.
This position requires strong analytical and troubleshooting knowledge.
Monitors and enforces the company's Health and Safety procedures in the production areas.
Responsibilities:

Test Equipment Test Fixtures Cutting Equipment Automatic Crimping Tools Manual Crimping Tools Tools and Presses required to do his job Measurement equipment Test software required for an specific test equipment Assure that establish and maintains in working conditions the following:

Test Equipment Test Fixtures Cutting Equipment Automatic Crimping Tools Manual Crimping Tools Tools and Presses required to do his job Measurement equipment Responsible to create the proper work instructions that allow us operator to work on that equipment for:
Test Procedures and Work Instruction Cutting Procedures and Work Instructions Crimping Procedures and Work Instructions Responsible to Identify and Implement methods that will allow us to continuously Improve our test times without compromising out test:
Functionality Our test will work as a process feedback to assure a continuous process improvement.
Slowly convert our processes from manual crimping to automatic Responsible to Identify and prevent any safety Risks either in our tool and crimping department, and operational department.
Responsible for accommodating any request from upper management or his direct manager.
Additional duties as required and assigned.
Education/Experience Bachelor of Science in Engineering required or equivalent work experience.
3- 5 years Supervisory experience in a tooling and testing environment.
Previous experience in manufacturing, specifically electrical assembly.
Effective supervisory, mentoring and problem solving skills.
Ability to interact with internal and external customers.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong business communication skills and professional demeanor is a must.
