We have production facilities and sales offices in all of the major markets.
We are all on the same ERP system SAP.
We have an immediate need for an Order Entry Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:
This position will be part of our customer service/order entry team located in Warrenville, Il.
and serves as a primary contact for new and existing customers capturing product orders while initializing the order process.
The Order Entry team works collaboratively with our Application Engineering and Production Planning teams plus other internal customers.
The role is also highly involved in generating outbound domestic and international shipment paperwork and invoice creation.
Prior international shipping experience a plus.
The successful candidate will be extremely accomplished with SAP/ERP systems and MS Office.
Prior order entry, invoicing and shipment coordination desired.
We are looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented, well-organized candidate with strong interpersonal skills, patient and open-minded person who can manage clients concerns or demands and wants to learn our product line.
The position requires a minimum of 5 year's experience with SAP/ERP.
Experience:
Advance SAP user skills Prior Order Entry responsibilities Initiating Outbound Shipment documents Invoicing Clients for shipped goods Monitor A/R and coordinate with Accounting Education:
Assoicate Degree or equivalent.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
