Overview:
We are currently seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our EMPLOYEE-OWNED TEAM! In this role, you will be responsible for answering, responding to, and triaging incoming telephone calls for pharmacy billing and collections as well as processing return mail.
You will work closely with our Finance department to ensure timely and accurate billing, as well as follow up on outstanding payments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Answer, respond to, and/or forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate department.
Respond to voice mails and/or email questions.
Document correspondence and follow up in the appropriate system.
Initiate and document correspondence and follow up in system.
Sort documents to the appropriate department.
Work collaboratively with other team members and manager to ensure that best practices are shared.
Assist with processing of return mail.
May assist with research and or response to requested audits.
May provide backup support to other pharmacy departments based on business needs.
May assist with onboarding of new pharmacy clients.
Any and all duties as assigned.
Work ScheduleThis is a hybrid position; employee must be able to work from corporate office up to 3 days per week.
8am-4pm -OR- 9am-5pm
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily is necessary and the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
General computer knowledge including Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS preferred Call center experience, minimum one year.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
