Consult with clients to determine their human resource and business needs, analyze software requirements to recommend solutions and assist with their implementation including preparation of functional design specifications, creating custom software designs, develop software testing methodologies, drafting detailed test scenarios/test cases, preparing software system enhancements, analyzing software reports, ensuring quality control and resolving any post-implementation problems. Work with Financials, HRMS, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Unix, Visual Basic, AutoCAD, SQR, PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, Integration Technologies, Cognos ReportNet, Framework Manager, Report Studio, Query Studio, Ascential ETL and Java. Master's degree plus 6 months experience is required. Work site: Relocation for long and short term projects to client sites at varying unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. will be required.
