Integration Project Manager, ISM (38682)

The primary function of this role is to coordinate In-Store Marketing implementation/ onboarding efforts of ISM clients, ensuring their smooth and successful introduction to RRD. This role will interface with both internal Business, IT, Solutions, External Client Teams and 3rd Party Vendors to provide a highly structured and professional experience. This role will also lead critical Client initiatives as needed. Responsible for managing multiple assigned integration projects to completion.
Coordinate and manage the ISM onboarding and implementation of new or existing clients, including taking the lead on Client or Implementation related projects
Build positive, successful and long term Client relationships to advance Client operational excellence and RRD partnership.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Identifying and assembling appropriate project Team members from with RRD, Client and 3rd
Developing project scopes, objectives and deliverables involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility
Develop detailed project plans to track progress and report to management and stakeholders.
Identifying associated risks and mitigation strategy to address and minimize project risks
Measure project execution performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Ensuring deliverables are met in the defined timeline.
Manage and communicate changes in project scope, schedule and costs throughout project duration. Reporting and escalating to management as needed
Identify and advocate for the resolution of any roadblocks or issues preventing the project from executing successfully.
Be active and adept in gaining an understanding of all necessary system & process setup and preparation for on-boarding. Including the ability to drive discovery, assessment, planning and completion of readiness in those areas.
Perform post project reviews to enable continual improvement of project execution.
As needed, understand and help coordinate or manage complex ISM client work. This includes the ability to understand complex logic associated with building ISM promotions, usually including multiple items to be used for the creation of various kit configurations for wide distribution.
Oversee the continued development and implementation of Project quality controls, work aids, support documents, and checklists all designed to ensure Client implementation success
As needed, provide pre-sales support through the identification and description of Implementation services and workflows, and staffing requirement estimates
Expectations include performing other related duties and participation in special projects as assigned.
Required Skills
5+ years in a Project Management role required, preferably with systems and workflow implementation specific experience.
Bachelor's Degree, or HS diploma plus comparable 5+ years of relevant service experience directly related to the duties of the job. PMP certification is a preferred but not required.
You must possess the ability to plan and co-ordinate the execution of complex highly detailed implementation plans needed to implement a new or existing client with ISM workflows and technology.
You must have the ability to follow company policy and understand any rules or regulations governing the work being completed.
You must have the ability to understand & interpret ISM strategies related to clients campaign execution, especially in regards to utilization of RRD internal systems, processes and procedures.
You must have the ability to understand the impact client work has on the ISM service chain and overall platform
In order to complete duties successfully, you must have very good knowledge of technology to include computers and software, especially MS Project, Office, MS Excel, or other programs that may be specific to the job.
You must possess very good oral and written communication skills sufficient to explain departmental policy, methods and/or procedures when completing assignments.
You must have very good organizational skills that are sufficient to coordinate and ensure the accomplishing of work by established deadlines; prioritize your workloads and make adjustments to meet business needs.
The ability to work overtime is a requirement of the position. Weekends and holidays may also be required at times.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
