Our client, a busy?CPA firm in Warrenville,?is looking for a full-time office receptionist to work Monday-Friday, 8am- 5pm.? Position entails opening the office each morning, answering the phones, which consists of 23 lines, filing, prepare mailings, inserting projects into the computer and a variety of other office duties.?


Candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and be good with multi-tasking.?


Hours will adjust during the busy tax season to 9am-6pm and will include an occasional half day on Saturday.? If hired on permanently, pay will be between $16-17/hr, plus benefits.??

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
