Direct Marketing Program Manager (41260)

The Direct Marketing Program Managers responsibilities are to assess overall Customer demand and coordinate the delivery of mission critical elements of complex targeted direct marketing programs. Mentor and lead the team to ensure Customer's goals and objectives are understood and achieved. Analyze client information and lead the campaign strategies and tactics to deliver optimum results. Define and assign bodies of work and processes for the analysts to execute.
Coordinate with internal resources to ensure that reporting projects are being implemented on time and within budget across the analyst function.
Participate in senior customer facing strategy and planning sessions.
Ability to analyze day-to-day client information, needs and problems and identify solutions.
Recommend/strategies for continued program improvement throughout the customer relationship.
Facilitate campaign financial analysis for assigned client projects such as cost to communicate, revenue generation and campaign ROI.
Continuous communication on individual and group project status.
Work with Program Managers within CRM/Database Marketing Dept. to lead projects and to foster continual growth of the department.
Required Skills
College degree or equivalent experience
10 + years marketing experience with focus on analysis and/or reporting
Proven communication, organizational and time management skills. Must be able to effectively communicate logical ideas and conclusions in one-to-one and large group situations.
Knowledge of database marketing initiatives and practices.
Lead and participate in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple programs, has attention to detail, and possesses complex problem solving skills.
Knowledge of computer-based software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Excellent writing and presentation skills, excel

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
