RN Clinical Educator, RMG Training, Full-Time, Days (Warrenville)

Supports NMRMG Physicians, APPs and other clinicians in EPIC clinical orientation and core RMG clinical processes. Supports Physician and APP EPIC optimization activities. Performs Physician and APP EPIC utilization competency assessments. Participates in creation, communication/training and implementation of EPIC workflows that support clinical standard work. Collaborates with clinical and operational leadership and content experts to design, implement, teach and evaluate clinical training and education for new hire orientation, new practice onboarding, and rollout of new programs and processes that target learner needs based on established criteria. To be fully up to date with operational workflow, Epic functionality and clinical nursing skills (in order to teach, evaluate competency and provide at-the-elbow support for providers and clinical staff), frequently functions in an RN role in practices. While functioning as an RN, must perform all aspects of patient care as defined for an RMG staff nurse, including utilizing the electronic medical record for nursing functions (e.g. rooming, documentation, order entry, results, referrals, telephone encounters). Using a data driven approach, designs and implements competency assessments for orientation completion, 90 day mark, and ongoing that assists with initial preparation for duties, performance reviews, identification and closure of performance gaps. Assists with performance plans and competency assessments as needed. Develops and maintains clinical portion of internal NMI RMG Education and Training page. Provides educational consultation at the organizational level through participation in operational committees and workgroups. Continually seeks feedback and maintains visibility across practices to gain contextual insight into training and educational needs. AA/EOE.
Required: RN, Associates Degree. Prior clinical experience with Epic Ambulatory applications. Prior training or relevant clinical leadership experience, including preparation of training materials and classroom facilitation. Prior experience working closely with physicians and/or APPs. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities and interact with employees at all levels of the organization. Excellent classroom facilitation and training skills. Excellent written communication and presentation skills. Skilled in Microsoft Office application. Preferred: BSN. Program or project management experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
