Technical Analyst 2

Job Description: Technical Analyst 2 (RR Donnelley & Sons Company; Warrenville, IL) Analyze business data, formulating and defining large scale enterprise computer systems scope and objectives based on user needs. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate and improve existing software systems, including the provision of WCSS Development Support. Review WCSS Application computer system capabilities, workflow, and limitations, analyzing and revising existing system logic difficulties and documentation. Recommend commercially available software to support execution of the systems development life cycle. Devise procedures to enhance WCSS Application capabilities, considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and clients' desired results. Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify requirements, preparing detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Transform business requirements into comprehensive solutions using the appropriate methods, tools, and technologies. Liaise with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. Participate in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation, and buy vs. build recommendations. 40 hrs/wk, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Job #40162).   Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate progressively responsibleexperience analyzing and implementing software applications systems solutions to supportretail industry activities.   Of the requiredexperience, must have 5 years of experience in each of the following: Testing, maintaining and monitoring large scale enterprise software applications systems; Applying all phases of the systems development life cycle model to support application systems development projects; Analyzing, designing, building and implementing information system applications for clients, defining system scope and objectives based on user needs; Designing, implementing, maintaining, and tuning relational databases; Executing all phases of the systems development life cycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support, and estimating application development tests and tasks; Writing SQL statements in stored procedures, preparing detailed specifications from which programs will be written; Participating on a technical team, leading to quality, on-time completion of technical projects; Utilizing COBOL, JCL and SQL mainframe development languages and tools; Communicating business requirements and detail design; and, Reviewing code changes and test plans to support quality assurance activities.   Of the requiredexperience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Developing WCSS releases; Analyzing and revising existing WCSS system logic difficulties; Devising procedures to enhance WCSS Application capabilities, considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and clients' desired results; and, Providing WCSS Development Support. 40162

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
