Project Manager - Tollway

Job Summary o Routinely resolves difficult issues with significant financial impact. o Provides primary consulting services to clients of various sizes. o Interacts with senior government or public officials and/or executive level clients on significant program matters often requiring coordination between organizations. o Assesses and manages risk on behalf of the client. o Provides oversight and direction to AECOM PMs and other staff, client staff and subcontractors. o Mentors deputy program managers. o Requires project and client management experience including management of multiple projects of significant scope and complexity. o Basic project management training and certification preferred. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field 10+ years experience managing transportation projects  Professional Engineer license Familiarity with IDOT, ISTHA, and local agency specifications, policies and procedures Experience managing and supervising people Preferred Qualifications Program management experience Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project and PM software applications Ability to proactively communicate and lead project teams ISTHA project experience with a focus on design and contract preparation Established client relationships Active participation in local / national professional societies 199384BR

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
